Summary: Our stay at this Kona Reef condo was fantastic. The updated interior was very comfortable. The AC in both the living rm and bedroom was a big plus! The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella and the cooler making our beach trips more enjoyable. The view of the sunset and the surfers from the balcony were amazing. We made it a point of getting a drink and going outside every day to see the sunset. The location is great, close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops but also in a very quiet complex. The complex has a pool, hot tub and grills for your use. Honls beach (a small beach) is right next door if you don't want to drive to the beach. The property manager was very helpful and available if you had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
