Summary: I wanted so badly to love this place. It’s so cute. It’s an easy walk to trains and ferry and sooo many cute restaurants and stores nearby. However, the first night was really cold and windy and we could not get the heat to work. So we had to layer up in many layers to sleep. Which barely happened. It was just way too cold. I contacted the company that night but they could not do anything that night. The next morning I asked them about getting service. They said they would send someone out. I said that’s fine as we were going to the city all day. On the way back, I asked what the status was and was told that they would drop off a heater the next morning. So we had another cold night. Luckily warmer than the day before. We never got a heater the next day but again, we were lucky on new third night that the weather was warmer. Just really disappointing as no one wants to pay that much money and freeze on vacation. And have the company barely acknowledge it. But again. The place is cute. Good for 2 people. Just really disappointed.
