Redhill Forest is an HOA controlled community. Most homes sit on approximately 2 acres of land.
Home is a 15 minute drive to FairPlay town center including grocery store, liquor store, brewery and restaurants. The South Park Recreation center in town includes indoor lap pools, water slide and water features. Basketball court, fitness classes, cardio equipment and circuit weights. Daily drop in rates available.

45 minute drive to Buena Vista for rafting, hiking and Mt Princeton Hot Springs

Crock pot, blender, coffee maker, hot water maker, toaster. BBQ tools, knives, baking sheets, pyrex dishes, pots, pans, cast iron skillet. Silverware, plates and glasses for 12ppl +. Pantry is stocked with spices and cooking oils. Coffee, tea, coffee filters, and cold brew maker available.
Bedroom
Extra linens, pillows and comforters are available. Futons in Bedroom 2 and 3 are full sized and have designated linen in the closets. Plenty of closet space with hangers and dressers provided. TVs and small desk space included in Bedroom 1 and 3.
Bathroom
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and shave gel provided. Individual travel soaps and toothpaste available. Hair dryers are located under the sink in both bathrooms. Extra towels and wash cloths available in linen closet.

Guests can park in driveway out in front of property, ample space for several cars. No parking in the garage at this time.
