"Crosswaye" bungalow is set back from a quiet lane and surrounded by a cottage garden. Step out of the door and within 2 minutes you are on the coast path with great views of saltmarsh and winding creeks. "Crosswaye" is a perfect base for families or couples that enjoy being outdoors and wish to enjoy the beauty of the Norfolk Coast. After a day out walking, birdwatching or playing on the beach you can look forward to returning to the comfort of "Crosswaye " and relax. The bungalow has a spacious king size room and a twin bedroom. We had a new Ivory Shaker style kitchen fitted last year with dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. The bathroom was replaced just before Easter. A new toilet, washbasin and shower has been fitted and the bathroom re-tiled in a turquoise blue and white colour scheme. Many of our guests enjoy sitting in the sun room watching the birds, there is also a lounge with flat screen TV and a dining room. The garden wraps around the house so you can sit in the sun at anytime of day, there is a garden table and chairs and a BBQ for those long summer evenings. Wi-fi is provided. There is ample off-road parking for several cars.
There is a wealth of birdlife on the doorstep for the keen birdwatcher, RSPB Titchwell Marsh Reserve is 10 minutes away. Families can enjoy building sandcastles on Brancaster beach with its golden sands. Brancaster Staithe harbour offers sailing and watersports. There is a pub in the village "The Ship" a 5 minute walk away and a children's playground, playing field and tennis court close by.
