Positive: Good Facilities and very clean. Lots of extra touches. Chocolates and nice towels. Good variety for continental breakfast
Negative: Initially we were made to feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable to the point where we considered leaving. A person in pyjamas arrived and barked at us. She did not introduce herself and explain the rules of the kitchen. Numerous rules, which should have been explained before booking, were confining and limiting. No access to kettle between 6pm and 7.30am was restrictive and very inconvenient (especially for my fibromyalgia which requires a hot water bottle at night). Suggest a kettle in the laundry would help.
Summary: We would neither return nor recommend as it presently stands.
