We welcome you to bring your family, friends and fur babies to “Saltwater Paradise” where you can relax and get away. With our 3-car driveway, we invite you to park your car and put away the keys. We are only .3 miles away from Harris Teeter which is the perfect little grocery store, stocked with beer & wine and even has a Starbucks inside! Craving a sweet treat? Duck Donuts is located right next to Harris Teeter and the donuts will still be warm after your walk back to the a few of the reasons we call this beautiful property "Saltwater Paradise".
If you enjoy running, walking, skating, or biking - we have a 4-mile path located just outside the community (with no crossing roads to get to). There is also Community tennis courts located across from the beach access, so you can hear the waves while playing.
Our 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath house is steps away from beautiful private beach access, with lifeguards on duty from May-October.
If you want a break from the beach, you can stay right at “home” and relax in our oversized pool with 6 ft. area (rare for OBX!), complete with a large deck outfitted with numerous lounge chairs, a gas grill and a picnic table so you can spend your getaway enjoying the sun and salty air.
Your fur babies can enjoy our newly fenced in yard, so you always know they are safe, secure and having fun!
Saltwater Paradise has been well stocked for your cooking needs. Place settings and silverware will easily accommodate a large crowd and with the breakfast bar, we have seating for 11.
For your indoor entertainment, we have 4 Smart TVs, with (fast) Wi-Fi and streaming services, board games, decks of cards, puzzles and books.
To help you prepare for the beach, we have everything you need for your short walk there including a beach cart, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. For your added convenience, we have an outside hot & cold shower which is great for after beach activities.
Can't get away for an entire week? Come and experience the Outer Banks during the quieter months. We welcome short stays during the off season (3 night minimum).
