Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Room clean, and comfortable enough. Hotel staff on the whole were very attentive and helpful. Location is a little way out of town which we liked.

Negative: We paid top dollar for our five night stay (literally double what we'd pay for a quality four star hotel in England), expecting something great. Basically, we got a Travelodge with breakfast. And we didn't always get the breakfast. On our last morning at the hotel, we placed our breakfast order with the waitress at 09.00. When it came round to 09.45 and the food had still not arrived, I asked the waitress (who had watched us waiting for forty-five minutes) if there was a problem with the order. She said "Oh... did you order something?" She hadn't given our order to the chef. And we had seen the same thing happen to another couple earlier in the week. This hotel seems geared up mainly to accommodate organised coach parties, and maybe people travelling on business at their employer's expense. For the money we paid, it falls far short of expectations.

Summary: Stay somewhere else.
