Summary: I stayed at this hotel while I was I. Town for a wedding. After checking in, we left to go to dinner and to rehearsal. When we got back at 11 pm we were unable to get into our room. Went downstairs to get a new key but that didn’t work either. The person on duty came up and tried to open it. Could not. Calls were made to the manager and finally someone from maintenance showed up. Apparently there was some sort of computer issue with the lock. An hour and a half later they got the door open but no guarantee that we food get out. They finally moved us to a different room……after midnight and after having unpacked all of our luggage. They promised 5k points for the inconvenience but for nothing. Do not recommend.
