This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, and guests disregarding maximum occupancy allowed. In no way do the cameras infringe upon the guests' expectations of privacy. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.
Our Cancelation Policy is 10% of the reservation amount or $150.00 whichever is greater. There are no exceptions to this policy and applies to all reservations.
We require all guests to electronically sign a rental agreement and submit photo ID copies of all guests over 18 years of age. Both are required to confirm your reservation. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being canceled.
Pool heat is optional. Please notify your Property Manager if you would like to pay for pool/spa heat during your stay. A payment will be added to your reservation and paid by guests' credit card on file.
