As a Super Host on AirBnB, I'm now extending to guests on VRBO. This 2 bedroom townhouse has everything you need. All brand new quality furniture and luxury bedding and towels (Vera Wang, Hotel Collection, Lacoste or similar). Mikasa China and other brand name silverware and glasses. Kids safe Tumbler glasses. Imported decor, artwork and accessories. Flat screen smart TV with premium cable and high speed WiFi internet in every room. Shopping, restaurants, theater and golf course nearby. (This unit is also our home when we don’t have guests.)
We pride ourselves in providing a clean, safe and healthy place for our guests. We deep clean our home with organic products, use Purell Professional Disinfecting spray on all surfaces (Top Rated EPA approved) and run Dyson Air Purifier for 4-6 hrs upon the arrival of our guests. We spend 4-6 hours with 2-4 crew members to clean the home.
House manual
A manual, first aid kit, garage remote control and smart phone chargers are in the console table for your convenience. You can use the chargers for free as long as you return them. $15/each if you wish to purchase it.
Equipment:
Vacuum cleaner is in the hall closet next to the garage. Clothes and fabric steamer is in the coat closet near entry door.
Each bedroom is equipped with own iron and board. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience.
Toiletries:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided. Let us know if you prefer luxury brands such as L’Occitaine or any other specific brand. We will try to accommodate with a 100% retail markup for convenience fee. (Receipt will be provided)
Towel and linens:
Each confirmed guest will receive 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face towel and 1 pool towel. Pool towels are in hallway closet.

Each bed comes with 4 standard pillows, 1 comforter, 1 duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet and flat sheet. All mattresses and pillows come with hypoallergenic covers.

Rules:
No recreational drugs, smoking of any kind and no vaping on the property including garage, front door and patio. We are mindful and would like all our guests to enjoy a clean and healthy space.
Mindful and Healthy Living:
Please remove shoes when entering the unit. Shoes can be stowed under the bench at the fireplace.
Please recycle. Tuesday is trash collection day so please place both bins in front of garage and take it in at night.
Use cups for water when brushing teeth.
Place used towels in laundry basket. Any used linens are to be placed in the master bedroom closet or on the floor. Turn off TVs and lights when not in use.
WiFi and unique access code is generated for each guest & to be disclosed on day of arrival.
