No glass in or around the pool. This is for your own safety as well as the safety of future guests.

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise. We don't require you to clean after your stay - but at the same time please do not trash our home - we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition beyond what is reasonably expected.
