THE OUTDOOR SPACES
Paradise found and very private. Absolutely breath taking views and sunsets. The large backyard features spa-like amenities, including a completely re-furbished pool and Jacuzzi, 8 chaise lounges with oversized umbrellas, and a fire pit with seating for 8. Pool heating is available at an extra charge. A covered patio off of the great room provides both a relaxed seating area for guests to enjoy the completely re-landscaped backyard as well as shaded alfresco dining area seating for 8. A beautiful built in Bar-b-que especially designed for the Grill Master in your group!
THE LIVING AREAS
The great room has plenty of comfortable seating for your entire group, a 60” flat screen television for binge watching your favorite programs, and a tiled gas fireplace. High ceilings and double French glass doors line the family room which opens out onto the beautiful pool/garden area providing total privacy.
The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen features Viking appliances and is complete with anything one would need to accommodate the most discerning Chef. Just outside of the kitchen, is a quaint patio with a separate eating area and an outdoor gas barbeque for the grill master of the family.
THE SLEEPING QUARTERS
All 4 bedrooms have been beautifully appointed with hotel-quality amenities and beds so comfortable you will never want to leave. Their master suite features a king size bed and has direct pool access and a fireplace. The Guest ensuite features a queen size bed. Guest ensuite 3 has 2 double beds. All have a flat screen TV and bathrooms right off each bedroom. The one additional guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom in the hall just outside the bedroom door.
Authentic Spanish tiles are featured in each of the bathrooms and the original saltillo flooring has been completely refurbished to it's original beauty.
The walls throughout the home are covered with authentic Early California artwork featuring "framed antique citrus" labels that are reflective of the period as well as the owner's historic involvement in the citrus industry in 20th Century Southern California.
The home had always been a secluded private residence until new ownership came in and spent nearly 6 months updating and upgrading every aspect of this special property. You will feel as though you have escaped to your own private boutique hotel.
UTILITIES:
Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.
