Cozy, bright and modern house of 1925 newly restored on one floor overlooking the street. Unbeatable located in the most beautiful and commercial street of the district of Cabañal, Historical Heritage of the city of Valencia.
Reina Terraced House is only 300 meters from the Malvarrosa beach and is superbly connected to the center of Valencia, the City of Arts and Sciences and the airport: lines 19 and 92 of the buses stop at only 20 meters and the tram stop "Dr Lluch" is only 50 meters away.
The house is divided into the lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed of wood and viscoelastic sheets size 150X200 and a 55 "TV with free connection to Netflix, kitchen-dining room equipped with everything you need to cook and eat and toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
The bedroom is spacious and bright with a large built-in wardrobe, 150X200 bed. It is a very pleasant stay that gives way to a terrace with garden furniture where you can relax in the open air of the visits to the city and the moments of the beach.
The bathroom, with a large window that connects to the terrace, consists of a large shower and toilet with automated system. The sink is integrated into the bedroom.
The house has all the necessary equipment to spend a few pleasant days: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, iron and hair dryer.

Summary: Location of this former fisherman’s house - El Cabanyal (ground floor apartment) is the main appeal.El Cabanyal was a fisherman’s district & the charming colourful facades of the houses reflect this.The bonus of this property is proximity to Valencia’s stunning Malvarrosa Beach with its scenic promenade. Together with local traditional markets local cafes & shops made it great place for our week.Small & comfortable & after a slight key issue, we settled in. Some occasional street noise, but it did not impact us. Very comfortable bed & lots of storage space for clothes. 2 good AC units which provided warmth and cooling for summer. The apartment was warm enough in February with day time temperatures reaching 25 degrees, although chilly evenings after 7pm.Good transport : bus stop outside (No 19 to North Railway Station, a 5 minute walk to the Old town.The metro stops close by (Dr Lluch & Mediterrani) & a combination of lines 4 & 5 to get from & to the airport in 30 mins.Pilar provided useful local guide with restaurant recommendations all of which looked great. We preferred more informal dining options & can recommend the following:La Fabrica de Hielo - A culture centre hosting street food stalls, music & a great value bar! Mercader Cabanyal- Not far from the Cabanyal Area main market. Again a street food / burger/ tapas place for informal food & drinks.Pizzeria Ja Fritta - Tasty take on the Colzone Pizza, small & friendly fast food restaurant.
