Positive: Easy to access
Negative: The stove knob was missing, the power block for the Roku was gone, and we needed to do a hard reset on the Roku to watch we wanted to watch because a previous tenant stayed logged in. Also the people on the top floor sounded like elephants at all hours. I would get woken up early am of someone was moving around above us.
