There’s nothing like waking on a beautiful Palm Springs morning and simply sliding open your door to stroll out onto the pool deck in your private backyard. Grab your coffee and enjoy it in one of many lounge areas on comfortable outdoor furniture. Lie back on a lounge chair in the sun, sit cross-legged on a cushioned chair in the shade of the covered patio, or enjoy your breakfast at the outdoor dining table. SLEEPING QUARTERS
An ideal split floor plan provides plenty of privacy for families, couples, or groups of friends. On one side of the home, you’ll find a King bedroom with a full bathroom in the hall. Sliding glass doors open directly to the pool. On the other side of the home are two additional bedrooms, one with a King and the other with two Queens. In the King bedroom, the hotel-style bedroom and bathroom share one open space with a partial wall for privacy. Glass sliders open directly to the built-in spa.
In the third bedroom, you’ll find two Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a full-size washer and dryer and direct outdoor access for easy use when you’re enjoying the pool. Each stylish retreat has a flatscreen TV and is designed to resemble a boutique hotel.
