We have been coming to Cape Cod and specifically Centerville for 30 plus years. My siblings and I have great memories of Craigville Beach, 4 Seas Ice Cream and the 1856 Country Store which we call the Penny Candy store, Cape Cod has so many things to do even if it's not “beach weather” that we never complain about a rainy day. Bike rides, Mini golf, museums, arcades, movie theaters, shopping in Osterville or along 6A are all easy options. We often do a day trip to the National Seashore or Sandy Neck Beach for a change too. We've rented Stand up Paddle boards, Kayaks, and Jetskis. There are great boat trips from Hyannis Harbor- sunset cruises, whale watches, etc. We haven't run out of things to do yet! And our children have been coming to this house since childhood and now are bringing their kids to create those special memories of the same places. It's been such a blessing to our family and we hope you and your family have a special time here as well!

This well loved family home features plenty of space to spread out. Including a wonderful sunroom and a fully furnished basement with a separate bathroom. Just minutes away from an old fashioned country store, playground, Four Seas ice-cream and a little over a mile to Craigville Beach. Offering central A/C, plenty of sleeping areas and great spots to relax, watch TV, read a book or hang outside in the multiple outdoor spaces.
Enter the front door into an open living/dining and kitchen area. Get cozy with a good book or watch your favorite show on the living room TV. Off the living area is a large sunroom with sliding doors that lead to the outdoor space. The grill is conveniently located off the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 bathroom. First bedroom has a queen bed, second offers 3 twin beds, and the third bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV, queen bed and a private bath.
Just off the living room there are stairs that lead to the second floor where you will find the fourth bedroom with a king bed, a private full bath and another smart TV.
In addition, just off the kitchen there is a door leading to the full basement. You will find another great space with a futon, a desk, 1/2 bath and a washer and dryer! Not to mention a large family room with a cozy sectional and smart TV.
Outside you will find an outdoor shower, picnic table for outdoor dining and a nice seating area under string lights to stargaze! This property does have a spot for everyone in your group, come in to Four SEASons and relax your worries away!

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
