A brand new deep-seat couch from Article has been added to form an intimate seating area with comfortable seating on 3 sides (Nov 2023). The home has a BBQ, 2 private patios, and a private hot tub. Cable, wifi, parking, and secure bike storage are all included. The kitchen is fully stocked, including oils & spices for cooking.

Noise:
The Resort Municipality of Whistler is strict in enforcing the Bylaw 692 which states that noise after 10pm and before 8am (9am on weekends) will not be tolerated. In the event the police or Sea to Sky security is called, a penalty will be imposed. Guests will be charged back with all penalties that may include but not limited to fines imposed by the Sea to Sky security and the complex strata.
