The Space:
This two bedroom apartment, located just a short five minute walk from central Exeter, offers a comfortable and convenient stay. With allocated on-site parking for one car, you'll have peace of mind during your visit.
The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard, and features modern amenities such as a microwave, oven/grill, toaster, coffee machine (with some pods provided to get you started), washer/dryer, dishwasher, and full-size fridge/freezer. The living area boasts a 55 inch flat screen TV, while the main bedroom features a 42 inch TV. Additionally, there is internet access throughout the apartment and some plug sockets include integrated USB chargers for your convenience.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment - one with a double bunk bed that includes an extra top bunk, and the other with a double bed. The apartment also features a dining area that can accommodate up to four people.
As an added bonus, the apartment is located near the University of Exeter and historic sites, allowing you to easily explore the city's rich history. The apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible through a secure communal entrance.

Our apartment is centrally located, with Exeter St Thomas Station a 7 minute walk away, Exeter St David's and Exeter Central Station a 14 minute walk, which provides direct links to London Waterloo and Exmouth, among other destinations. The Guildhall Shopping Centre is 10 minutes away, with a range of shops including Sainsburys to pick up any groceries, the Exeter Picturehouse is a lovely local cinema only 8 minutes walk, and there's a fantastic selection of local pubs and bars to enjoy.
For the grown ups (and their family), the Mill on the Exe is a lovely gastropub is a 2 minute walk away. Historically a working mill, this pub offers excellent food and drinks in a beautiful location, with waterside gardens and a choice of cosy bars or more formal dining/drinking areas. Five minutes walk away are all the establishments at the Quay, including the Prospect Inn - a particular favourite, with consistently good food, friendly atmosphere and lovely staff.
Getting Around:
Due to its central Exeter location, you can easily access everywhere by foot. Alternatively you can jump on at the nearest train station which is Exeter St Thomas, a 7 minute walk away.
