The space
The studio is cozy, spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you need for comfortable living.
The studio is designed to bring you inner peace and to make you feel at home. It’s got special and unique details that I’m sure you’ll adore. The studio contains a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, AC, and a private bathroom with a shower. There is no kitchen, but there are a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, so you can prepare a fast breakfast or enjoy a cup of coffee.

Guest access
Guests will have access to their studio with a private entrance and bathroom, also access to all the common spaces, including the laundry room, backyard, etc.
If you need to store luggage before your check-in or after your check-out, I have luggage storage for your bags.

Sending packages to my address is strictly prohibited!
Pets are allowed, and the pet fee is 50$ per pet. It's a one-time fee additionally. The maximum is 2 pets. Please let me know so I can send you a request.
The parking is not provided!
You have two options, one is street parking (metered), and a better option is a parking lot next to the building (16$ per day, 8$ per 12h)
No smoking of any kind indoors!
Quiet hours are between 10 pm, and 8 am!
No parties or other people besides guests are allowed on the property.
