The space
This studio is spacious, clean, and modern and will surely leave you out of breath! It’s furnished with a queen-size bed with a super comfortable mattress. The sheets are microfiber hypoallergenic and feel silky on one side and matte on the other! Plenty of blankets are provided (extra in the closet, though San Diego does not get very cold, and we have AC/Heating!). There are a lot of pillows, including a body pillow, to maximize your comfort. Also, there are heavy curtains to draw to sleep comfortably through the morning.
Besides the beautiful and unique touches, the place is equipped with a flat-screen TV where you can watch some of your favorite shows! There is a lot of storage space, and it has a laptop-friendly workspace! Although there is no kitchen, the place has a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker! ( Complementary goodies are provided )
You will have your private bathroom that has been remodeled. Barn style glass frameless door with detachable hose & if you prefer reaching difficult places ), beautiful fixtures, design, and decor. All the little things you might need are provided: fresh, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper….
There is also an outside patio where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or read a good book!
Guest access
Guests will have access to their studio with a private entrance and bathroom, also access to all the common spaces, including the laundry room, backyard, etc.
If you need to store luggage before your check-in or after your check-out, I have luggage storage for your bags.
Other things to note
• Sending packages at my address is strictly prohibited!
• Pets are allowed, the pet fee is 50$ per pet. It's a one-time fee additionally. The maximum is 2 pets. Please let me know so I can send you a request.
• The parking is not provided!
You have two options, one is street parking (metered) and better option is a parking lot next to the building (16$ per day, 8$ per 12h)
• No smoking of any kind indoors!
• Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am!
• No parties or other people besides guests allowed on the property
