The studio has all the amenities you would need for a short stay. Greatly located and central to everything you want to visit! Walking distance from all the good food in Gaslamp and a short hike from the parks/museums around Balboa park.
Ideal for business travelers, solo adventurers, couples retreats, and anyone looking to experience the rich culture of San Diego.

The space
The Zen suite is a lovely, bright, serene mid-century apartment — with great energy, original artwork, a nice comfy queen-size bed, and deluxe cotton sheets.
The abundance of pillows, towels, robes, reading nooks, desk space, and easily accessible outlets (that's got to be a perk!) coffee machine.
BATHROOM:
We remodeled the bathroom and spared no expense - Barn style glass frameless door with detachable hose & if you prefer reaching difficult places ), with beautiful fixtures, design, and decor.

We provide towels, washcloths, Davines Shampoo / Conditioner, toothpaste, Toilet Paper, and Feminine Products. (It's nice to know we have you covered.)
BEDROOM:

The mattress is super comfortable, queen size, and protected. Sheets are microfiber hypoallergenic and feel silky on one side and matte on the other.
Plenty of blankets are provided (extra in the closet, though San Diego does not get very cold, and we have AC/Heating!). There are a lot of pillows, including a body pillow, to maximize your comfort.
There are heavy curtains to draw to sleep comfortably through the morning.

A swivel-mounted TV is above. Enjoy a refreshing beverage from your mini-fridge (located in a closet - a closet that has wooden hangers) while cozying up to a good book.
Guest access
Guests will have access to their studio with a private entrance and bathroom, also access to all the common spaces, including the laundry room, backyard, etc.
If you need to store luggage before your check-in or after your check-out, I have luggage storage for your bags.
Other things to note
• Sending packages at my address is strictly prohibited!
• Pets are allowed, the pet fee is 50$ per pet. It's a one-time fee additionally. The maximum is 2 pets. Please let me know so I can send you a request.
• The parking is not provided!
You have two options, one is street parking (metered) and better option is a parking lot next to the building (16$ per day, 8$ per 12h)
• No smoking of any kind indoors!
• Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am!
• No parties or other people besides guests allowed on the property
