Situated on the B1454 in the lovely village of Sedgeford, Jasmine cottage is a traditional brick and flint cottage with an open light and airy ground floor comprising living and dining areas and a traditional kitchen opening onto a large rear garden. There is a small front garden and a separate large private parking bay one house down which will take one large vehicle.
Completely renovated in 2024 with a new staircase leading to two bedrooms and a family shower room. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and a double ended bath in the bedroom! The rear bedroom is a cosy single. There is free wifi and a TV provided.
The kitchen has a slimline dishwasher and a washing machine, halogen hob, electric oven and an upright fridge freezer.
The living room has a couch, easy chairs and a Log Burner. The dining area has a traditional table with seating for four. Occasional extra chairs and a folding table are provided for indoor/ outside use. The cottage has oil fired heating with radiators controlled by wall thermostats. Wood effect flooring on the ground floor with carpets on the stairs and bedrooms.
Jasmine Cottage is close to all of the coastal villages and beaches as well as Titchwell Bird reserve and is a retreat for exploring West Norfolk and North Norfolk .The property is dog friendly for one dog allowed.
