The Space: This is a tastefully furnished flat on a quiet street near West Hampstead and is bright, spacious, and very comfortable. We have done our best to make sure the flat is a great temporary home base for any traveller, from little board games in the living room to a fully outfitted kitchen to the extra comfortable mattress on the bed. BEDROOM AND BATHROOM The bedroom features a large king-sized bed with a super comfortable mattress and brand new duvet and pillows – this will be made up spotlessly every time for you with hotel quality linen. There is also an empty wardrobe with plenty of hanging space for your clothes. The bathroom is small but very functional and cosy, with a bath tub with shower over it. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided. LOUNGE AREA The living area is bright and airy with large bay windows, two couches, and a TV. There are a few board games for you to play around with and a dining table in the window that seats four. The sofa opens up into a double bed that can sleep an additional two people. KITCHEN The kitchen is outfitted with anything you would need to make meals and also will have a Nespresso stocked with coffee pods that you are welcome to use! House Rules: We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as possible. Please keep the place clean and do not break anything :) The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any unregistered guests will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification upon check-in This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in. Should the above policies are not respected, City Relay reserves the right to apply a penalty fee to the guest for any damages caused to the property Guest Access: You will have access to the whole property. We would like to mention the 3 methods for check-in: 1. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Desk in Earl's Court - next to Earl's Court Underground Station where we will provide a folder with all flat instructions, how to get there, tube maps, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The reception desk is open every day from 9am until 9pm). 2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly 3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For a check-in after 8pm, a fee of £50 is applicable. Please let us know the most convenient way for you to do your check-in, so we can make your first day in London a good start! The Neighborhood: The flat is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, but easily accessible to busier areas of the city. You will be equal walking distance from both Kilburn High Road and West End Lane, which have a variety of shops and small restaurants. Kilburn Grange Park is a short walk away as well. You are also a 20 minute walk or a 10-15 minute bus ride away from the lovely Paddington Recreation Ground and the famous Abbey Road Studios. Getting Around: The flat is a 9 minute walk to the West Hampstead Station (Jubilee Underground and Overground). It is also a 9 minute walk to the Brondesbury Overground. Using the Jubilee line, you can be in central London easily within 20 minutes. Other Things to Note: Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M instead of 3 P.M. The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
