Welcome to Open Hearth Cottage, a warm, inviting 2 bedroom home located just 3 miles from Downtown Greenville and Furman university.
Our home features a cozy living room, fully functional fireplace, custom kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, and a fully-fenced in yard for any pets that accompany you.
Located on quiet street right near Cherrydale Point shopping center, you are perfectly poised to enjoy a trip of either work or pleasure. Welcome home!
Our home has been lovingly remodeled and thoughtfully designed with our guests' comfort in mind. Right as you enter the home, you will be greeted by a large den featuring a functional fire place, desk, and cozy living space with a Smart TV, where you can login to any streaming services you may have.
Our kitchen is one of the best features of the home, boasting stainless steel appliances, top-of-the-line granite counter tops, and gorgeous custom cabinets. We have provided snacks and coffee for your convenience, as well as an array of cooking utensils, pots, pans, oil, and a variety of spices.
Off of our kitchen, you will find the mud room, complete with a dog food and water bowl and hangers for your leashes. The mud room leads to our fully fenced in back yard. We are pet-friendly and excited to welcome your animals to our home, but do charge a one-time pet fee upon reservation to cover extra cleaning.
Our two bedrooms feature comfortable memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens, as well as hanging space for your clothes. Our bathroom is fully remodeled and looks like a picture out of a magazine. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Shower gel are provided along with plush white towels. We also provide a washer and dryer and laundry soap for your convenience.
Families, those on business trips, pet parents, and solo travelers are all welcome to enjoy our home. We cannot wait to host you at the Open Hearth Cottage, which is conveniently located:

Guest have complete access to our home, except for 2 cabinets that have been secured for storing our cleaning supplies. This includes access to the fireplace, backyard fire pit, fenced in back yard, and driveway. The shed in the backyard is not currently available to guests.
I tend to allow my guests to enjoy their vacation uninterrupted, but am always ready to answer any questions you may have, and respond quite quickly to all messages.
Our home is located right near Cherrydale Point shopping center. It is a fantastic neighborhood with many newly remodeled home and is mere minutes from coffee shops, grocery stores, Old Navy, TJ Maxx, and more.
Greenville's public transportation is still not quite up to snuff, so we recommend that our guests rent a car if they did not drive their own. Uber is also available if you'd like to enjoy a night on the town.
A pet fee will be requested upon booking if a pet will be staying. This is a one time fee, and is not increased if you bring more than one dog with you. We love the fur-babies, and can't wait to host them as well, and even provide a large dog bed for them to relax in.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (ie, not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with the router, smart lock, or ring doorbell.
