You're also just a minute's walk from the start of the famous North Hill's Dogwood Trail and a short drive to the Knoxville Zoo.
THE SPACE: Most ideal for 6 guests in terms of beds, seating space, and parking, but you could fit 2 additional people on living room couches or air mattresses (not provided in home) if desired. 2 extra comforters included for this purpose.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: The open-concept main level of the home is ideally set up for entertaining and lounging with family and friends. The large dining room table and ample cozy seating is all in view of the large screen TV and candle-lit rustic fireplace for ambiance (fireplace is not operational for fires, but incredibly charming with remote-operated flickering candles).

Outdoor Security Camera Disclosure: For the safety of the property and our guests, security cameras have been installed and are connected to the flood lights to provide light at night when motion is detected. There are two security cameras located on the front corner of the home facing the front entrance door and side yard fence gate. Another security camera is located on the back corner of the house facing the yard/patio deck/back entrance. In the event of a situation, the cameras can be used to look back and view recorded video.
