Welcome to your beachside oasis in Norfolk, Virginia! Nestled just steps away from the glistening shores, our Charming Coast Waterfront Private Beach Access offers the perfect coastal retreat for your vacation.
The suite features a basic kitchen equipped with all the essentials you'll need to prepare simple meals during your stay. You'll have access to a stove, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, a coffeemaker, oven, kettle, fridge, blender, and toaster. Whether you want to whip up a quick breakfast or enjoy a home-cooked dinner, our kitchen has you covered.
This beachfront suite also offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a spacious closet to store your belongings. Each room has a Queen Bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to four guests. For additional sleeping space, we also have a pull-out sofa in the living area.
After a day of beach fun and exploration, kick back and relax in our inviting living area. Watch your favorite shows or movies, catch up on reading, or simply unwind with friends and family. No need to worry about the heat as there's air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.
The apartment has 2 full bathrooms with combined tub and shower. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your convenience. To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.
We also provide laundry detergent for the washer and dryer, so you can pack light and have fresh clothes throughout your stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire suite. The place will be entirely yours, and no one else will be staying there during your stay. This means you'll have complete privacy and the freedom to make yourself at home.

There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. We are always available via message, phone and email.

We'd like to take a moment to share our house rules with you, which are designed to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay while also respecting our neighbors and taking care of our home. These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
★ No shoes in the home. Please leave them on the shoe rack next to the door.
★ We kindly request that you help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests by avoiding excessive sand inside the house. As we are located near the beach, sand can easily find its way indoors, and while we understand it's unavoidable to some extent, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in minimizing it as much as possible. While we hate to charge our guests, if our cleaning team charges us an additional fee due to excessive sand that requires extra time and effort to clean, we may need to pass on this cost to you. We recommend shaking off any excess sand before entering the premises and using the outdoor showers to rinse off before coming inside. We also leave brooms and dustpan which you can use. By doing so, you'll help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.
★ No Smoking. Guests can smoke outside, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house. Please be wary of No Smoking signs.
★ No parties and illegal substance.
★ No unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests will be charged $20 per guest.
★ Please observe quiet hours - 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
★ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
★ Please check out by 11 AM. Late check out may result to $25 per hour to compensate our cleaners' time.
★ It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
★ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation. No cameras inside the home. Camera is for safety of ourselves and our guests.
