The Space
This charming newly remodeled single-story home with 900 sq ft of warm and inviting living space is perfect for a home-away-from-home stay in Jonesboro, near downtown Atlanta!
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a living area with contemporary style and decor, two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for enjoyable downtime moments at home.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It’s complete with all the essentials you’d need to whip up a delicious meal. Plus, of course, a coffee maker for getting your mornings started and a dishwasher for easy clean-ups!
The kitchen table is there for you to enjoy meals at home in peace. The table can be a great laptop workspace if needed and good WiFi for working. There’s also a washer and dryer in the room off the kitchen.
There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, both with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 1 (the master) features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (the guest bedroom) has a plush queen-sized bed.
Outside, you'll find a lovely patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the fresh air. The backyard provides a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. And you’ll have parking in the driveway to fit 3 cars!

Guest Access
You’ll have full exclusive access to the home in a single-story duplex. It’s important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival. Also, please note: the home next door in this duplex is rented by us as well. All we ask is that you both respect one another’s privacy. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
The Neighborhood
In a quiet residential neighborhood just a 3-minute drive from downtown Jonesboro, an up-and-coming area with a variety of local attractions, restaurants and shops to explore and nice nightlife venues.
You’ll also be just 10 minutes away from Southlake Mall/AMC Theatre, where you’ll find nearby a Home Depot, a Walmart, and tons and tons of places to eat, shop, party and enjoy the nightlife, 5 minutes from the new Clayton County Water Park, and only about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport and downtown Atlanta.
Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located just 12 miles away and just about a 15-20 min drive with no traffic. For guests arriving by car, we offer free parking on the premises with space for 2 cars in the carport.
There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, the nearest bus stop is only a 5-minute walk from the property, and the nearest train/subway station is a 10-minute drive away.
Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise will not be tolerated, and no loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
