Follow a shady garden path to a private entrance in a freshly updated 1 bedroom apartment - the whole 2nd floor of a Victorian home in Boises coveted East End. Located within a short walking distance of St. Luke's/Elks/and the VA hospitals. This welcoming space is especially convenient for travelling professionals, but for anyone wanting to be in Boise this apartment is more than a place to sleep. It is a charming place to live and a gateway experience to being a Boisean. Negotiations are welcome via email.
Entering the apartment is straightforward - The front of the house has 2 gates. The right hand gate leads up a garden pathway to a covered/raised porch area. This is a weather protected entrance to your separate hallway and the apartment's locked entrance doorway. 1 flight of stairs brings you to the private apartment. There are no shared areas in your private upstairs space.
We are incredibly close to the foothills for hiking/biking/running trails. They start within 2 blocks of the house.
Walking is so easy, but in addition there is a bus stop within 1 block. Boise has just newly developed bicycle paths all around our area- and a state of the art bike park has just opened in Military Reserve. Driving speeds are limited to 20mph in this residential area and parking is very easy to find and free. You won't even have to test your parallel parking skills.
East End Boise..... 10min from the airport, 45 min from Bogus Basin Ski Resort, Botanical Gardens, MK Nature Center, Greenbelt- each within a flat 10min bike ride. All the Downtown Things- restaurant delivery, Fort Boise community classes. Lots. Come stay!
