There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.
PETS: Pets are welcome however must be disclosed at time of booking. An additional non-refundable fee of $300 PER PET, PER STAY will be charged. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home. Please let us know if you are bringing more than one pet.
STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. Our approved third party parnter, Charge Automation, will verify your ID and collect your details to authorize the credit card hold for the security deposit. The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. Once the property is inspected after your departure, the hold will be released.
