It is located where you can have your quiet time or be in the area where it is happening, 2o minutes from downtown palm springs with great restaurants and entertainments and golf courses, 15 minutes drive to Morongo Casino, 15 minutes drive to desert hot springs, and 45 minutes drive to downtown Joshua tree and or pioneer town. The highlight of course is the incredible view of the valley below, the San Jacinto Mountains, and the wind turbines!
