This lovely little house because it will take you on a journey back in time, welcoming you to its 3 levels in a unique atmosphere. On floor 1, there is the dining area, with a fireplace, a dining table with wooden benches perfect for sharing meals with friends, and the original kitchen with electric hotplates, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home, or experiment with delicious local products from Canton Ticino. (WARNING: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!).
Going up the staircase, on floor 2 we find the bathroom with toilet and tub ,and the living room with TV and a comfortable sofa for reading and relaxing, which becomes a bed for the night. On floor 3 is the master bedroom, complemented by a shower and sink for private use.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi for the guests.
The apartment does not have private parking, but there are paid public parking spaces within a few minutes' walk.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
