4 Bedroom House in Hyannis

Come and enjoy our quaint Cape Cod home with great views, beaches, dining and shopping - all within walking distance. Our home overlooks Lewis Bay, where you can enjoy watching the ferries heading out to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, colorful sailboats, windsurfers, and a variety of birds all from the back deck while grilling, sunning or playing yard games; or enjoy the views from a comfy chair inside the living room in front of large picture windows.
The location is second to none. Our quintessential Cape house abuts a marsh and is located in a quiet residential area that is surrounded by beaches, restaurants and shops just up the road - all within walking distance.
Choose your beach. .5 miles to Kalmus Beach, which is the public area beach. Keyes Memorial Beach and Veterans Park Beach are two other public beaches both within walking distance, 1 mile and .2 miles respectively. We are approximately 3 miles from Craigville Beach, another popular public beach in the area.
One mile up the road is Hyannis Harbor where you'll enjoy a variety of dining options, ice cream, entertainment and shopping. You can also catch a Ferry here to the Islands. (save the parking fee and walk).
Main Street Hyannis is only one and a half miles away where you'll enjoy even more shopping, fine dining and entertainment for all ages.
Newly renovated, this two-story home is 1800 square feet and comfortably sleeps ten people. The home is air conditioned, with a gas grill, flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, outdoor shower, huge spacious back deck, large farm table, and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and more.
If you do decide to request a booking, please include a brief description about your party and the purpose for your stay. We work hard keeping our home beautiful and comfortable for all our guest and to achieved this we like to know little about who we are sharing our home with.
Please note: Peak season is always the last Saturday in June until the last Saturday in August. During these dates we required a 7-night minimum stay with a Saturday check-in, check-out.
NOTE: You may see a break in the reviews between 2019 - 2023. During this time, we took the house off the rental market to update, renovate and enjoy some family time. We returned this fantastic little gem, better than ever, back to the rental market in 2023.

Summary: Let me say why this was an awesome place to stay. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, but the location on the marsh is great; providing a peaceful view and lots of birdwatching. The living room has wide picture windows that allow you to look out onto the marsh. There's a good area for having dinner, a good, decently equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the basement. We did not have time to explore the local sights which include good restaurants and shops; Hyannis looks like an interesting town. There is a nice beach within walking or driving distance and the ferry is just a mile or so. The house was extremely clean and communication was fairly easy all along. I would stay there again in a hot minute; many Cape Cod destinations are close by.
