Positive: Lovely, warm cottage with everything we needed for a family stay. The kitchen was well equipped for making family meals. Lots of books and games for us to enjoy and on the doorstep of Belper town and all its amenities.

Negative: The oven perhaps needs a check over, very slow to cook in. The lights in the lounge flickered if you used them and tripped the electric.

Summary: Loved the cottage and location.
