Notre logement de 70 m² est situé Rue Bernard du Bois, au rez-de-jardin (-1) sans ascenseur d'un immeuble ancien refait à neuf en hommage à l'écrivain Marcel Pagnol. Très belle luminosité grâce à sa grande baie vitrée qui donne sur une terrasse avec vue sur Notre Dame de la Garde. Le logement est équipé de la climatisation. À moins de 2 min à pied de la gare TGV Marseille Saint-Charles, tramway et métro, et à 10 min à pied du Vieux-Port. Entièrement rénové par un architecte d'intérieur, il comprend une cuisine équipée ouverte sur un salon et coin repas. L'espace nuit comprend trois chambres avec 2 lits double et 2 lits pour enfants et des rangements. Salle de bain avec douche, vasque et WC. Localisation idéale proche des transports, de la gare Saint-Charles et du quartier du Panier. Restaurants, commerces et cafés à proximité.
