Featuring an incredibly comfortable and spacious two bedrooms with brand new beds with new linens (your comfort is important to us!), a fully stocked kitchen outfitted with everything you’d need to make a home-cooked meal, a recently remodeled bathroom, and more! Did we mention our amazing location? We’re located near the Convention Center, Eskenazi Health, IUPUI, Children’s Museum (largest in the world!), and so much more. Perfect home for families, small groups, business travelers, etc! Please note our apartment is one of several units in the same building (other units are located on the second floor, your unit is on the first floor), and your unit is completely private!

History: Indy was designed by the same city planner as our nation's capital and has the most monuments and memorials of any city in the United States besides Washington D.C. The Soldiers & Sailors Monument, World War Monument, the Monumental Mall, and all the monuments on the canal trail are all very much worth the visit.
Walking/Biking: The Canal trail, Cultural Trail, Garfield Park, and Monon Trail are all fantastic.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
