Summary: We stayed in this comfortable house for two months and enjoyed the stay. Our two daughters each brought their families down (separately) for 5 or so days, and with the 4 bedrooms there was no crowded feeling. My husband always brings a tool kit with him and some hinges were oiled, the hoodlight over the range replaced, and kitchen towel supply was a bit scarce so we bought 3 more. There were a couple other issues that were taken care of duing our stay, so the house is pristine and ready to go.. The backyard was a very pleasant place to sit and read a book or take a nap. Loved the huge umbrella. I did wish that the lounge chairs were padded rather than hard material, but even so it beat our weather at home. All in all, a very nice, comfortable home with every thing a renter could need (bring a hotpad-the oven gloves seemed to be industrial size which made it difficult to grasp things.
