Positive: Lovely helpful staff at check in and at the awesome breakfast buffet. We found the room comfortable, with great air conditioning. Transport into the old town was easy since the bus stop is right across the road, and some nights we walked back. We bought the ten ride bus tickets at the train station on our arrival and this made things easy for us. The breakfast buffet drew us to Perugia and it was lovrey, especially the hot chocolate, but the town is just beautiful. We visited the chocolate museum in the town square and loved it, including the opportunity to make our own chocolate bar which we took home.

Negative: Nothing, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.
