Positive: it was close to Raffles Hotel where we enjoyed a lovely brunch.
Negative: We arrived at 10.30pm and we actually couldn't find how to get in to the Hotel. It was only by chance someone was walking by and said "are you looking to get into the hotel" and he told us how and that reception of on level 9? Otherwise we had no clue and there didn't appear to be any signs (or they just weren't visible to weary travellers) perhaps LARGE signs would be useful for those travellers entering after ground floor reception has closed. I don't recall any of this being communicated to us.
