Summary:
This centrally-located rustic-vintage rancher is great for guests who prefer single-level living! It is located minutes from strip malls, dining and grocery stores. All rooms and amenities are on the first floor, including 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen with stainless appliances, Wifi, TV room with fireplace, living room, dining room, laundry room, and the back patio and yard. Stainless propane BBQ and Big Green Egg grill are under the pergola for guest use, and kitchen is stocked as well.
The Space:
You'll enter the front door of the home and step into the foyer. Once you remove your shoes, you'll keep right at the fireplace and find two chairs in the sitting/living room, and just past that, the dining room with seating for six. If you go left, instead, the family room and kitchen greets you with open layout and plenty of seating on the sofas or at the island. The family room has a TV for guest use, and WiFi provided.
Off the family room is a long hallway, which first leads to a half-bathroom across the hall from the bunkbed room. The bedroom with twin bunk beds leads to the vintage laundry room. Next down the hallway, you'll find the Primary room with king bed, closet, TV, and en-suite full bathroom including bath tub and vanity with large mirror. Next, there's another shared bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity with sink. Past the shared bathroom is the laundry room and a storage closet. And at the end of the long hallway is the third, also vintage, bedroom with queen bed and closet.
We don't allow guests to park in the garage at this time, but there is a covered parking spot attached at the front of the home and a half-circle driveway where guests can park. Most guests enjoy the back yard including BBQ and Big Green Egg.
We do charge a $20 non-refundable pet fee per night for first pet. Additional pets are $10 per night.
Pet fees are nonrefundable and will be requested through the resolution center after the reservation is confirmed and prior to your stay. Pet fees must be paid prior to check in or your door code will not function at the time of check in.
We do not allow guests to accept deliveries or packages at the home. And we do not allow events or parties. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
We do have a recording device on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is an overhead camera at the front door and faces the street. The other cameras are two overhead cameras on the back of the house, facing away from the home. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
Guest Access:
Guests have primary access to the home, excluding the garage and unfinished basement. Property manager is local and available if guests need anything.
The Neighborhood:
Located on 1/2 acre in quite neighborhood near Little Spokane River and Wandermere off N. Hwy 2. Wandermere golf course is minutes away, as well as dining, retail, Fred Meyer, Costco, Walgreens, and so much more.

While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover.
For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
