Summary: I chose this hotel because I thought Clarion hotel was a nice, clean, safe place to stay. I couldn't have been more wrong. Not safe, dirty, reeks of cigarette smoke, and quite a few ladies of the night milling around. If my credit card hadn't charged I would have left in a heart beat. The room was....well had an odd odor about it, multiple hairs in the bathtub, the bathroom floor was broken in several places. The TV worked sort of. First the remote wasn't paired to the TV, had to wait in line for another 30 minutes to talk to the front desk agent. She gave me a piece of paper with directions on how to pair the remote. Once the TV was on and paired the fun began. Turn the TV on with the power button on the TV, use the remote to change the channel but get up go to the TV to turn the volume up and down. The volume had to be slightly higher than I like to drown out the noises of guests engaging in personal activities. Definitely will NOT return to this hotel or any other Clarion brand hotel.
