3 reasons NOT to book:
1 - If your group might be LOUD - I am in a quiet area with nice neighbors
2 - If you plan on breaking the RULES - unauthorized pets/guests/noise/smoking etc - Please respect the rules so we don't have to cancel the accommodation mid-stay :)
3 - If your group isn't able to be RESPECTFUL of the property - furniture, towels, bedding etc. I welcome everyone with common sense - I put a lot of love in my rental, my guests, please love me back :)
