The Black Hills of Western South Dakota offer untold numbers of really wonderful things to do and see. We are 45 miles from RAP airport, and if you rent a car or are on a driving vacation, in one day you can see Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Hill City, Custer, Custer State Park, Deadwood and more. In several days you can travel to Bear Butte State Park, the Bad Lands of South Dakota, one or more of the many caves, Wind Cave National Park, Devil's Tower in Wyoming, or our favorite, the Mammoth Site in Hot Springs.
