A unique feature of Clifton Sunsets is its location: Situated on Kloof Road, overlooking the world famous popular Clifton Beaches and within walking distance to Camps Bay beachfront, this is truly a picture perfect self-catering holiday rental for couples, singles or families This property is ideal for those looking for an authentic beach getaway. General: •Two levels with steps up to this property •Garden •Swimming pool •Small second pool •Stunning sea views Kitchen: •Open plan fully equipped with breakfast bar •Dining area •Comfortable lounge with TV, DSTV and DVD player *NETFLIX Bedrooms one: King size bed, en suite bathroom with bath and shower and sea views, built in cupboards and air-conditioning Bedroom two: King size bed (can be 2 single beds), built in cupboard space, fan, separate bathroom Bedroom three: With a queen bed, built in cupboards, fan and shares a bathroom. •Bedroom four: With queen size bed, en-suite with bath (separate entrance) and air-conditioning.This bedroom is on a different level to the rest of the house. It is a seperate outside bedroom and has steps up to this bedroom. Outdoors: •Patio •Garden •Barbeque Grill •Chlorine pool Servicing: •Serviced daily excluding weekend Parking •Two Garages for 4 cars Security: •Alarm + Intercom ( HOUSE RULES 1. Smoking is aloud. Only outside the house. 2. No Parties/events. 3. No big/small animals are aloud inside/outside the house. 4. We do have neighbors the right hand and left hand side of the house, please have respect with no load music kindly. 5. Swimming pool. Normal temperature +- 21/22. 6. There is Private Beauty Spa for any treatments for our Airbnb Guests. 7. We have two kind housekeepers available daily for our Airbnb guests. There are there for any help with pleasure. (Husband & Wife) 8. We do have fences around the house. Please do not touch it otherwise you will be electric shocked and the alarm system will go off for security reasons. You must also acknowledge: 1) Amenity limitations - Infinity swimming pool. Normal temperature +- 21/22. 2)Must climb stairs - ** 20 Steps from Road level (from garage / parking area) to the Bungalow level **
