Two houses on the same street that is PERFECT for big families and groups to sleep a total of 25. Matching Pearls are two separate houses that are not beside each other. They are a minute drive apart or a 4 minute walk. For the first house, you will unwind at this cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom in the Haymount district that can sleep 15! For the second house, you will unwind at this cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom that can sleep 10. We're only 5 mins to Fayetteville Rose Garden and 10 mins to Downtown Fayetteville.
The Space:
For the first house, the main entrance to the home will be through the front door, which will open to the spacious living room with two couches, extra chairs and a large SmartTV over the (non-functioning) fireplace mantle. From there, you can see the dining table with seating for 6! The kitchen is right around the corner and has everything you need to make a full meal!
This house had three bedrooms downstairs and a full loft upstairs with extra sleeping space! The first bedroom has a king and ensuite bathroom. There is one queen bed in the second bedroom and two queen beds in the third bedroom. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs you will find the loft sleeping area which has three twin beds, a king bed and a full bathroom.
The backyard has chairs and a picnic table, as well as a charcoal grill available for use. There is also a washer and dryer.
For the second house, main access to the home will be through the front porch, where you can sit in the rocking chairs to enjoy the morning air! As you enter the home, you will see the living room on your left with enough room for everyone to gather together! On the left of the main entrance is the front bedroom with two double beds. Straight ahead is the kitchen and dining area. The dining area has a table for 4, with room for more on the bench seats! You'll also find bar stools at the counter in the fully-equipped kitchen!
The rest of the home is off the kitchen hallway. Here, you'll find the master bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom with a a twin bunk bed. The two full bathrooms are also down this hallway where you'll find the washer and dryer in the second full bathroom. All bedrooms have ample closet space for you to store your belongings during your stay!
The backyard has tons of space for all to enjoy! There is a picnic table and grill for all your BBQ needs and a firepit and chairs to enjoy the night air! The entire space is fenced in so kids and pets alike will enjoy the open area!

Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
