We allow up to 4 guests, and only offer sleeping space in the 2 queen size beds. Our furniture and floors are not intended for sleeping.
We allow 2 well behaved pets. No pets on any furniture at any time. If we discover that pets have been on the furniture there will be an additional cleaning fee. Any pets left alone in the house must be in a crate.
