Built in 2019, Casita at Vista Santa Lucia is the perfect escape, the entire property is on over 9 acres with Hill, Mountain, Vineyard and panoramic views. The Casita is a 600 square feet Guest house location at Vista Santa Lucia. It is a perfect place to escape for a couple that is wanting to book a trip to the amazing wine region of Paso Robles.
The Casita at Vista Santa Lucia can sleep 2 guests. It has a kitchenette with eat in bar, living room with comfortable sitting area, bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom with jetted tub, patio for enjoying the views and fenced outdoor space. The kitchenette is stocked with dishes and some essential spices and oils, it has a countertop air fryer/countertop oven, and induction hot plate for cooking, and dishwasher. We also have a pack n' play for little ones, please bring your own linens. The Casita can also be booked with our main property Vista Santa Lucia, or on its own. If you are interested in booking the main house as well, please search for Vista Santa Lucia, we can sleep up to 10 guests if you book the main house and the Casita. When booking The Casita only, you will still have access to all our outdoor patios as well, extra bonus of staying at The Casita!
Vista Santa Lucia has three shaded covered patios that have plenty of furniture for you to enjoy our outdoor living and outdoor dining, sip your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on our front porch, sit by the outdoor fire pit, take in the spectacular views of the neighboring farms, vineyards and rolling hills as far as the eye can see. We have a charcoal or propane BBQ for you to use as well. The Casita has its own Private access to its own outdoor patio as well as the main house patios!
We provide High speed internet and Smart TV's to steam your favorite shows.
We have a country feeling but are less that 5 minutes to Atascadero or Templeton, a quick 20 minute drive to Cal Poly, within 15 minutes you can be at many of the wineries that are located on the Central Coast. You can also go and visit the beautiful oceanfront central coast within 30-45 minutes.
We are a non-smoking property, if you are caught smoking on our property there will be a $300.00 fine charged to your account.
We are in a rural setting outside of city limits so there may be wildlife and rodents on site including deer, reptiles, rodents, horses, and the occasional cow so please do not leave children or pets unattended outside. Please expect to bugs and rodents possibly outside and (rarely) indoors. We have a regular pest maintenance company and have taken steps to make sure this is a rarity, but open doors and leaving food out can lead them in quickly. Thank you for keeping our doors closed to these pests and bugs to avoid them from entering the home. If there is an issue, please make sure to contact us immediately so we can mitigate the issues.

We are dog friendly (sorry no cats), there is a per dog pet fee of $50 per reservation which is non refundable (i.e., 1 dog $50, 2 dogs $100). We allow only up to 2 dogs on our property at all times. Owners are responsible for their dogs while on our property.
We limit the number of cars allowed on the property to 2 to keep traffic down off our private one way road. We do allow our guests to have visitors but we limit it to an additional 2 on top of what your reservation is for. Visitors are allowed to visit you during non quiet hours which are between the hours of 8am-10pm.
There are exterior security cameras that are used to monitor the property when vacant and to receive packages 24/7. Tampering, removing, or damaging the cameras will be considered a violation of the rental agreement. One ring doorbell located at the front door, one camera above the garage and two on the back patios.
