Positive: the location was great. close to Pantheon and several film locations from Emily in Paris Netflix show! several bus and subway stops just a short walk away. the beds were very comfy.

Negative: The basement room is a very cool theater style room with large tv but the exposed pipes above the couch leak water which makes for a very musty smell. There were a few cleaning issues upon arrival however the staff was quick to respond to our notification. The numbers on the front door had been removed, it is slightly complicated to find the property. The key is picked up from a location around the corner and then you walk another 5 or so minutes to the actual location which is a former store front so it was a little confusing. Staff answered the phone quickly and helped us get inside!

Summary: Great location, comfortable beds, would stay again!
