Welcome to Coal and Candle – One of the last true secluded holiday destinations in Sydney. Located on the waters edge at beautiful Cottage Point, this fantastic 4 bedroom original beach cottage is literally a stones throw from the waters edge of the Hawkesbury River. Wake to the sound of water lapping at the sides of the boats moored out in front of the house and the smell of freshly brewed coffee flowing up from the Cottage Point Kiosk below. Look out to see the sun coming up over the National Park as the first rays of light filter through the trees and over the boats. The house offers everything that you could want for a weekend getaway or a memorable family holiday. The Master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite and plenty of robe space. There are 3 more bedrooms as well in the house. The 2nd also has a king or twin singles and the 3rd and 4th rooms both have tri bunks – doubles on the bottom and singles on the top. The house has the ability to sleep up to 10 people and there are 8 individual beds as well if needed. Other comforts in the house include Wifi and A/C as well as heating for the cooler winter months. A Nespresso coffee machine and Instant gas hot water also are the house. There is a brilliant outdoor deck area with BBQ and a dining table to seat 10 people. During the warmer months there is also access to the swimming pool in the adjacent Ku-Ring- Gai Motor Yacht Club and there is also secure parking on the club grounds as well. Linen is included in the rental. Available throughout the year for weekend getaways or weekly stays, Coal and Candle offers you the perfect getaway, yet by still staying in Sydney!
