Summary: On arrival,my double bed with sofa that I had reserved was not available til the second night,and was not even offered two rooms to make up for the two beds,couch I had paid for.Pool was half full with green water which was one of the reasons I had booked it since I had planned pooltime with my kids.The matress on the sofabed was paper thin as if sleeping on springs and was flithy with no sheets.The counter girl came out half asleep barefoot from back room not understanding I needed sheets and key she had given me would not open the door.On other hand Penelope the counter person from second day did all she could to accomadate us on the second day to get us the room we had reserved.But pool was never in condition to get into.
