The walkout basement features a separate living area that provides easy access to the lake and another great spot to unwind, and the newly added half bathroom adds to the convenience. This lakefront retreat is stocked with all the comforts of home, including a hammock, swing, fire pit, kayaks, and a canoe. The natural setting, with trees and greenery at the boundaries, offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach is sandy with a shallow entry, perfect for water play. The dock and mooring can accommodate up to a 24-foot boat, and 2 kayaks and 1 canoe are provided for more adventures!
